My Story
Since 2004, I have studied and worked in the field of PreK-8 public education. In 2006, I graduated from Boston College with two master's degrees, in Elementary Education and Special Education, respectively. I am passionate about helping students with disabilities. As a special education teacher with diverse experience, I worked with hundreds of students with learning disabilities, ADHD, cognitive impairments, Autism, developmental delays, and emotional disabilities.
My strength is combining information from evaluations, observations, and educators to create recommendations for a comprehensive educational plan for each client. I enjoy visiting the classroom setting and working with teachers to strategize for all learners.

My approach is different than many other consultants out there. I believe schools do the best they are able for all students and I partner with parents and the school-based team to come up with a plan for each students to have an appropriate education in the least restrictive environment.

When I am not working as an educational consultant, I can be found teaching yoga and spending time with my husband and son enjoying the outdoors.
